March of Dimes Canada offers several After Stroke online programs to connect you with resources, tools, and a community of people who understand what you are going through. Our sessions are free of charge and open to both stroke survivors and/or caregivers.

Free Tech Webinar: Unlock Accessibility on Your Android Device

Wednesday April 13th, 2022 1:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. EDT

March of Dimes Canada's Assistive Technology Specialists will provide an overview of Accessibility Features, including vision, hearing, physical access, and memory/cognition categories, for Android devices. By the end of the webinar, participants will gain a better understanding of the types of built-in accessibility controls on android devices.

 Participants requiring additional training or support can also schedule time for one-on-one training with an Assistive Technology Specialist.

Aphasia Peer Connect 

Aphasia Peer Connect is a peer social group for people with aphasia and other communication disabilities that takes place online, weekly for one hour. 

Get together and connect with other people who have communication challenges. Our staff and volunteers will provide a safe and comfortable environment where you can:  

  • Meet new people

  • Have conversations

  • Have fun!
